Tendulkar has not made too many runs at the Eden Gardens, and today was no exception. He started off nicely, his feet moving well and the eye seeming in fine fettle. Seven fours flowed off the broad MRF blade before Tendulkar inexplicably went into a shell after lunch, and as many would have expected, he ended up tentatively edging a catch to slip off Jermaine Lawson. Shortly after, Sourav Ganguly departed, and India were 165 for four.
