1st Test: India v West Indies at Mumbai
[ Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4 ]

The West Indies openers Wavell Hinds and Chris Gayle were in an aggressive frame of mind when they stepped out to do battle for the second time in less than a day's time. Hinds, in particular, let loose a barrage of shots, smashing as many as nine boundaries on his way to 40 off 34 balls before he fell to Harbhajan. The Indians were, as the picture shows, naturally delighted to see his back. Gayle and Sarwan, however, ensured that the West Indies negotiated the remainder of the day without any mishaps, guiding their team to 91-1 when stumps were drawn.

What was the turning point of the third day's play?
Hooper's dismissal
Zaheer Khan's bowling
Kumble's bowling
