The Tournament Referee will decide which Semi-Final (1st Group A v
2nd Group B, or vice versa) will be played on Thursday.
If possible Austria or Switzerland will not play on Thursday, however, should
both teams reach the Semi-Finals a toss of a coin will
determine the Semi-Final dates.
