Terms and Conditions
1. Entrants to the CricInfo Your Golf Challenge Tenerife prize draw must be users of CricInfo.com aged 18 or
over and a permanent resident of the United Kingdom. Employees and immediate family members of CricInfo Limited
and associated companies, partners, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part.
2. The CricInfo Your Golf Challenge Tenerife competition will commence on 24th September 2001 and will end on 20th
December 2001. Entry to the competition is made by the entrant completing the Offermail registration found at the
following url - www.cricinfo.com and providing their contact details.
3. The winner of the prize will be the first user drawn at random from those who have completed the Offermail
registration. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. The decision of the judges is final. Duplicate
entries will be disqualified. CricInfo reserves the right to disqualify players who submit obscene or offensive
information.
4. The prize is a 7 day package provided by Your Sporting Challenge commencing on 27th April 2002 which includes
return Flights from Gatwick or Manchester; 7 nights half-board accommodation in a 5 star luxury hotel; a minimum of
4 rounds of golf on 3 different courses; 7 days car hire; entry to Your Golf Challenge Tenerife; Golf Clinic and Award
Presentation with Bernard Gallacher OBE; VIP tickets for the Bernard Gallacher Sports Dinner; a free subscription to
Golf Monthly Magazine; entry to the welcome cocktail reception and gala evening. There is no direct cash alternative to
the prize, and no additional travel or other expenses are included in the prize.
5. The winners will be notified by email no later than midday on 21st December 2001 and will be required to complete
and return a form by fax or email to confirm their eligibility to participate in the CricInfo Your Golf Challenge
Tenerife competition. If the winner fails to return the form within the time stated or is found to be ineligible for
any reason a further winner will be selected. The winner's name will be available on request from the Marketing
Department at CricInfo at the address given below.
6. CricInfo Limited does not accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications or
for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the CricInfo Your Golf Challenge
Tenerife competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter the CricInfo Your Golf Challenge Tenerife competition. Details given on entry to
CricInfo Your Golf Challenge Tenerife competition will only be used in accordance with the data protection clause on
the entry form and the Offermail Privacy Policy. Data collected through the competition will be used in collated form
only, and individual users will not be identifiable from this collated data. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering the CricInfo Your Golf Challenge Tenerife competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions, which are governed by English law.
