With the quicks led by Zaheer ripping through the top and middle-order, Harbhajan Singh was able to enjoy the luxury of teasing the lower-order batsmen with his beguiling array of deliveries. The Indian off-spinner would certainly have been delighted to end up with two for 28 on such a good batting track. His delight was enhanced when he had Daniel Vettori's wicket with his last ball, nicely caught by Sourav Ganguly at first slip for 13 runs. Part-time spinners Virender Sehwag and Dinesh Mongia, then, claimed one wicket each as New Zealand were shot out for 146 in 45.1 overs.
