The hosts bowled with zest and verve for the full 50 overs. Smart bouncers - such as this one, directed at Abdur Razzaq, sharp off- breaks, slower balls, tight line and length - captain Sanath Jayasuriya could not have asked for more. The singles refused to come, and when the batsmen essayed the big shots, they got out. Even their final total of 200 came after a semblance of a recovery, but few thought it would be enough to challenge a mighty Sri Lankan batting line-up.
