Watch every ball on the net
Wisden CricInfo staff - October 8, 2002

The washout in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy may have been an anticlimax, but here's some news to cheer up cricket-lovers. PCC, in partnership with Wisden, the biggest name in cricket, will be showing the Test and one-day series between India and West Indies live on the internet, via dd.now.com. You will be able to see every ball of every session of every match – and it promises to be riveting action. India have gone from strength to strength since losing a gripping series in the Caribbean back in May, and they will be gunning for revenge. The aim is that our pay-per-view prices will be lower than those available on TV. The full package of three Tests and six one-day internationals costs just $179.95, and includes the ability to watch video highlights of the action whenever and wherever you choose.

As an added bonus, you will receive free membership to www.wisden.com, the definitive source of cricket coverage on the web – including Sanjay Manjrekar's take on each day's play, plus the chance to explore 139 years of cricket history, and quiz the Wizard, Wisden's ultra-powerful interactive statistics engine. And finally you will also receive three free copies of Wisden Asia Cricket, our great new magazine.

If you prefer one-day cricket and want to monitor India's form in the run-up to the World Cup, you can sign up for the one-day series alone for just $149.95, or even pick and choose individual one-day games. And, as the Test series hots up, a subscription to an individual day's play will cost less than $10.

The Test series starts at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday, October 9. For details of how to subscribe, click here or e-mail helpdesk@wisden.com. For a free sample of what live cricket looks like on the net, click here.
