West Indies paceman Mervyn Dillon, after a superb five-wicket haul on the fourth day of the fifth Test at Jamaica, said that he was more focussed on getting his team to victory than on reaching 100 wickets. "My concern at the moment is to get India out again and win the match," said the 27-year-old Trinidadian, who is two short of 100 Test wickets.

"I had quite a few four-wicket hauls and I was looking to get five wickets. I think my bowling has been a lot more consistent. I've been working hard. There has been a lot of pressure on me as the most senior fast bowler. My job is to take wickets and win a Test match."

Dillon triggered the Indian collapse with a career-best 5 for 71, his second five-wicket haul in 26 matches. India were dismissed for 212 in reply to the West Indies' 422 to concede a lead of 210.

"I hope to get 100 Test wickets sooner or later, but my aim is to win the match for my team," said Dillon. "I think we've gained an upper hand in the match. We're already 375 ahead and fancy our chances. I'm quite happy with the position we're in right now. We've runs on the board. If we bowl well, we're going to win the match."

Dillon said his team had been looking forward to gaining an overall lead of 400 and put pressure on India in the fourth innings. "There's a bit of inconsistent bounce, but there's no devil in the pitch as yet," said Dillon. "We're aiming to score over 400 and that's the target. We're very close to that," he said.
