City Cell will sponsor Youth Cricket

The final round of the City Cell Digital National Youth Cricket Championship will commence on May 17 at two different venues – Natore and Bogra. Twelve teams, splitting onto two groups, are going to take part in this knockout basis tournament.

The group-A teams – Tangail, Chittagong, Rangpur, Khulna, Sunamganj and BKSP will play at Bogra stadium while group-B teams – Narayanganj, Comilla, Jhalkathai, Satkhira, Rajshahi and Jessore Educational Board will take on at Natore stadium. The group champions will encounter in the final.

TK 50,000 will be allotted for the champion team where the runner up will receive TK 30,000. Pacific Bangladesh Telecom (City Cell Digital), the sponsor, has budgeted TK 33 lakh for this tournament. It is notable that the company has provided total TK 60 lakh for holding the youth tournament for the last three years.
