Bourne increased their lead at the top of the Lincs ECB Premier League table to nine points following a winning draw at home to Market Deeping. David Christmas again came to the rescue with an innings of 81 after the leaders had lost early wickets to take them to 228 for eight, while Deeping were restricted to 138 for eight.

Lindum failed by just one run to equal second placed Grantham's score but finished with a useful nine points, while Caistor picked up 10 in a high scoring match at home to Market Rasen who made 234 for eight despite the absence of the injured Paul Pollard. Their hosts then hit 223 for six, Scott Indian making an unbeaten 84.

Ashley White hit the highest individual score of the day with 91 not out for Messingham at Boston, the only ground to see an outright result as the home side were all out for 154 chasing the visitors' 212 for six. And Sleaford once again notched up the top team total with 271 for six at home to Allenby Stevenson Grimsby Town who replied with 165 for eight.
