Nasser Hussain Messages By requesting receipt of a daily Nasser Hussain Voice Message you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Wisden Online Limited (`Wisden') will send you a Nasser Hussain Voice Message (`Voice Message') (approximately 2 minutes in length) to the number provided by you after the close of play on each day of the first Test match to be held at Lords from 25th –29th July 2002 (the `Test Match'). Wisden will endeavour to ensure you receive each message before 9.30 pm each day. However, where circumstances beyond the control of Wisden (including but not limited to an extended day's play and technical problems) mean that the daily message will not reach you before 9.30 pm, the message will be sent to you as soon after 9.00 am as practically possible the following day. In addition Wisden will send you a Voice Message following the announcement of the team selection.

2. Wisden will not be liable to you in any way should any or some of the Voice Messages or part thereof fail to reach you.

3. Following the end of the Test Match Wisden will send you two promotional messages to the number you provide to us. Should you not wish to receive such promotional messages please email us at helpdesk@wisden.com with `Unsubscribe Nasser' in the title. See also our privacy policy.

4. To be eligible to receive the Voice Messages you will be required to send an SMS message to a designated number as set out in the promotional material. This message will be charged at your standard SMS rates as set by your telecom service provider – this is not a premium rate service. You will not be charged for the receipt of any of the voice messages relating to the Test Match.

5. Should you elect to have messages sent to a telephone number where there is no answering service then the message will be stopped after 10 rings. Where there is an answering service the voice message will be recorded. Wisden will not be responsible for any recorded message being curtailed for any reason whatsoever.

6. This service is only available to users within the UK who provide Wisden with a UK based telephone number.

7. These terms are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
