Schools Cricket Development Officer
Hampshire Cricket Board has created an exciting new post within their development team at the Rose Bowl. The role of the Schools Cricket Development Officer is to design, implement and deliver a new strategic coaching programme for primary and secondary schools within Hampshire.
The applicant should be a reliable candidate with at least an ECB Level I coaching qualification, but should have the ability and desire to progress to Level II.
Previous experience of coaching in a variety of schools and environments is also essential as well as excellent communication skills and previous experience of Sports and/or Cricket Development.
As a team player, the applicant should also have good organisational and time management skills. Personal qualities that are vital include - energy and enthusiasm, diplomacy, flexibility/ adaptability.
