Wisden overview Wasim Bari was one of the great natural wicketkeepers. He picked it up by himself without coaching, and from the late 1960s to the early '80s Bari was recognised as being every bit as good as his contemporaries Rod Marsh and Alan Knott. His batting however was less accomplished.
