Mohali: a brief history

This will be England's first Test since August 1993 without any of Andy Caddick, Darren Gough, Angus Fraser and Dominic Cork, who between them have taken 710 Test wickets at 28.40.
England's possible attack of Matthew Hoggard, Richard Johnson, Andy Flintoff, Craig White and either Richard Dawson or Martyn Ball have taken 51 wickets at 39.10 between them, making them the least experienced bowling line-up since July 1993 when Mark Ilott, Caddick, Martin McCague and Peter Such (six caps between them) played in the third Test against Australia.
