Sunday 10th December

A good opportunity to sleep in with our debrief scheduled for 10.30 this morning. I was all pscyhed up for poached eggs and baked beans and I even had the water boiled but unfortunately was missing a key ingredient – eggs. There was not one egg to be found between the three pavilions so I had to settle for beans on toast.

After our team debrief we had a light training indoors and then headed to the pool for some recovery and a few lengths.

During the afternoon we had some free time and I took the opportunity to relax in front of the TV with a great video "The Gladiator".

A quiet evening is in store. After dinner we had our final team meeting before tomorrow's game against South Africa.
