Wasim Raja resigns as Pakistan coach PCB - 4 October 1999
The PCB have accepted a request from Wasim Raja, the coach of the national team, to relieve him of his assignment at the PCB. Wasim Raja recently returned from Toronto with the team after a successful series (3-0) win against West Indies. He now wants to attend to his professional duties as a teacher of geography at a school in England and had requested the PCB to consider accepting his resignation after the ensuing Sharjah series.
