The funeral of Malcolm Marshall will take place this Saturday 13th November at 10.00am. The venue will be the Sir Garfield Sobers Sports Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados.

The funeral organised by the Barbados government is expected to feature some thousands of mourners, with the streets lined between St.Michael's Cathedral and the Sports Centre.

Malcolm's body will lie in state at the Cathedral on Friday between 10.00am and 6.00pm.

Hampshire County Cricket Club will be represented by Tim Tremlett, Director of Cricket, Robin Smith, Captain, David Newman, Physiotherapist and former captain Mark Nicholas will read the eulogy. Also there will be his friends Cardigan Connor and P-J Bakker, and many of the Hampshire Over 50 squad currently on tour in Barbados, including Alan Rowe the club's Youth Development Officer.
