Kerala defeat Goa in two days

Kerala completed an emphatic ten wicket victory over Goa on the second
day of their four day South Zone Ranji Trophy league match at the
Rajendra Prasad stadium in Margao on Wednesday.
Goa batting first were bowled out for 105 in 52 overs. R Menon (5 for
45) and Suresh Kumar (5 for 21) shared the wickets. Kerala lost four
wickets for 32 but a fifth wicket partnership of 99 runs between B
Ramprakash (53) and Sunil Oasis (76) played a vital role in Kerala
gaining a first innings lead of 129 runs. Medium pacer A Aware was the
most successful bowler taking six wickets for 96. Goa put up another
poor show in their second innings and were all out for 134 in 48.1
overs, leaving Kerala to get only six runs for victory.
