Holder sustained a prolapsed disc while fielding in Barbados' opening match against Bangladesh in Malaysia on September 10.
Since then, he has had intensive physical therapy and was put on an exercise programme and medication.
Having responded well, Holder is fit again and is raring to go again for Barbados.
