Merv Dillon was easily the pick of the West Indian bowlers, keeping a tight rein on line and length and bowling with misery. But he could still not pick up any wickets until the opening stand went past 200. Then came the twin strikes, Sehwag and Bangar both snaffled off balls drifting to leg.

What was the turning point of the first day's play?
Bangar not being given out
Sehwag's century
Dillon's twin strikes
