*** RA Jones replaced SM Lynch in the squad because of a back
    injury to Lynch.
*** GJ Hopkins drafted into the squad to replace JM Mills after
    he sustained an injury during a Shell Conference match
    against Bangladesh. He subsequently failed a fitness test
    and was replaced by CJ Nevin temporarily until fit.
*** BA Pocock came into the squad after returning from the
    New Zealand tour of Australia.
