Prize Money Winer of each match: 50 pounds (shared in the event of a 'no result') Sixes award: 1000 pounds to be shared equally by each six hit - there were 409 in all. 150 pounds was awarded to the batsman hitting the most sixes - D.B.Close of Somerset with 19. Bowling award: 1000 pounds to be shared equally by each four wickets in an innings performance - there were 59 in all. 150 pounds was awarded to the bowler with most such feats - R.J.Clapp of Somerset, A.E.Cordle of Glamorgan and E.E.Hemmings of Warwickshire achieved the feat on 3 occasions and shared the award.
