A match that could prove to be a most vital one in terms of how the
finals shape up
At the Christmas/New Year break it seemed that this series was
headed for an Australia v England finals series
But the Sri Lanka upset over Australia at this same venue four days
ago has turned the series on its head
And England being held out by Australia at Hobart two days ago has
also helped the Sri Lankan cause
Whilst Australia look set to walk into their home finals series,
Sri Lanka remain breathing down England's neck for the other
finals place
Sri Lankan captain has won the toss and elected to bat first, we
still await the composition of the two sides
We now have confirmation of the teams, no changes to the England XI
that played on Saturday, whilst Sri Lanka have made one change
