Vaas and Mutiah being injured was a big blow for Sri Lanka, they
were badly missed in this test

It feels great, we have played well and have dominbated in all 6
tests this summer
We discussed the summer season before we started and it is nice to
see the goals set materialise .... the young players have come
through and have learnt a lot about test cricket
It was a special moment for me to get a 100, and have up to now
taken a lot of banter from the other members of the team.
The pitch got quicker and quicker and is of the type that we like
playing on
The hundred was nice, I felt good from ball one, and even better to
win MoM as a batsman
The Player of the series ... Ntini bowled well, Cullinan, made
runs and so did Sangakara
but the award of Player of the series goes to Pollock for his 13
wickets, 124 runs and 6 catches.
