Australian captain Adam Gilchrist has hinted at resting Mark Waugh,
who scored an unbeaten century in the last match, to allow Simon
Katich to make his one-day debut, such a move would likely see
Darren Lehmann, or perhaps Damien Martyn, promoted to open
