OPENER Gary Kirsten continued his fine run of form when he made an
unbeaten 123 yesterday to help South Africa beat Holland by 83 runs in
a 50-over friendly match in Amsterdam.
The Dutch were dismissed for 165 one ball before the end of their 50
overs with extras comfortably top-scoring on 46. Left-hander
Kirsten's last four innings have now produced scores of 205 not out,
33, 210 and 123 not out.
Amsterdam: S Africans 248-6 (50 overs; G Kirsten 123 not, M Boucher
52); Holland 165 (49.5 overs). S Africans won by 83 runs.
