Zone 3/4: Hawke's Bay, Horowhenua-Kapiti, Hutt Valley, Manawatu,
          Marlborough, Nelson, Taranaki, Wanganui, Wellington.
Zone 5:   Buller, Canterbury Country, Mid-Canterbury,
          South Canterbury, West Coast.
Zone 6:   Central Otago, Dunedin, North Otago, Southland.


*** Notes: The winner of Zone 3/4 playoffs becomes Zone 3 challenger. The
    runner up in Zone 3/4 playoffs becomes Zone 4 challenger. The winners
    of Zone 5 and Zone 6 playoff to become the Zone 5/6 challenger.
