Zimbabwe v Namibia - Action Replay

After Stephen Fleming won the toss and elected to field, he probably would have fervently hoped that his bowlers would find a way to quickly get rid of his opposite number, Sanath Jayasuriya, a proven match-winner on any day. The New Zealand skipper's wish almost got granted immediately when Jayasuriya was caught behind on 14. Unfortunately for Fleming and New Zealand, they had, though, to suffer the mortification of seeing the umpire rule in favour of the batsman. The Sri Lankan skipper did not look back after that let-off, racing to his fifty off 45 balls before going on to bring up his 16th ODI ton with the minimum of fuss. Tiredness finally saw him play a lazy shot after he had made 120 off 125 balls (15 fours) but by then he had set his team on their way to a huge score.
