Canada, thanks for the memories, the Bangledesh win, the batting of JD, and the near upset of some other nations.
I am looking forward to seeing you play in the new Div 1 of the ICC's WCQS, and hopefully the next WC.
These are great plans for development.
I can only hope for a tv contract here in Canada to see you play more often.

G'day from Sydney and congratulations to Team Canada on an outstanding performance in the Cricket World Cup. You all played to the best of your ability and I'm sure you will benefit from the experience of playing against the best teams in the world. I thought it was a marvellous effort against New Zealand in the final game, especially as the Kiwis needed to win to qualify further in the tournament, as you played with courage and determination. Special congratulations should go to John Davison for his remarkable talents with the bat, and ball, and his two innings of 111 and 75 will be long remembered in World Cup history. I hope this wonderful performance gives team Canada and Canadian cricket a kick along, and more publicity and support in Canada for the great game of cricket, and I look forward to seeing you in the next World Cup in the West Indies in 2007. G'day team canada, well done fellers. hope you will all learn from the experience because i know you will only improve from it and become better players. i would like to see the australian or australian "A" team do a tour of canada so you guys can get more match play under your belts..don't feel dejected, you have been involved in world cup cricket....not every team plays, but you did...i look forward in hearing more about canadian cricket and how the team plays in the future.....keep up the good work....

They have proove of their best in the WC.
I saw the match between Westindies Vs Canada, And really enjoyed that match the fastest century made by Davision was marvellous. I hope that they will get going as a good team.

Fellows - I am a cricket tragic from the late 1950s' - once top scored for the school's 2nd XI - with 3. I love the game - my son aged 16 loves the game. I am an Australian and think we (they) have a good chance of taking out the trophy. So why am I writing. I am so, so impressed by the courage you have shown - to go out there with the eyes of the world on you - to face the best of the professional players in the world takes "balls". I think the performance of canada is very good. Even though they are new comers they played absolutely wonderful against other world class players. Especially John Davison I think he is the hero of this world cup. He is a marvellous player than any body in this world cup.

Well done Canada on a good performance at the World Cup. I really enjoyed watching you beat Bangladesh and John Davison's knocks against WI and NZ were unbelievable. Hopefully the ICC should get you more games against 'A' sides from the Test countries now and with a bit of money and more exposure one-day status perhaps as well in the future.
