CricInfo breaks new ground with womens' World Cup coverage 2 November 2000

The official World Cup site, wwc2000.cricinfo.com, will host the broadcasts, supported by match reports, live scorecards, statistics, interviews and in-depth analysis. The first match takes place on 29th November, as New Zealand takes on defending champions Australia. Play starts at 1000 AM (2200 GMT) with live coverage beginning 15 minutes earlier. England's campaign begins on the following day against The Netherlands, also at 1000 AM. In all there are 31 matches taking place over a 25-day period, with the final taking place on 23rd December, all covered exclusively by CricInfo.
