The 50-run partnership that Bond and Mills forged for the tenth wicket came at more than a run a ball and ensured that New Zealand at least ended up with a score in excess of a hundred. Bond made 26 off 22 balls with five fours while Mills (seen in pic) made 23 off 39 balls with a four and a six. By the time he was out, Bond had become one of the rare No 11s to end up as the innings top scorer.
