Klusener gets hero's welcome in South Africa
JOHANNESBURG, June 23 (AFP) - A dejected Lance Klusener, the cricket World Cup's player of the tournament, got a hero's welcome from hundreds of South Africans when he arrived home at Johannesburg airport Wednesday.
Klusener told reporters that winning the Man of the Series was a ``great honour'' but little consolation for the drawn semi-final match with Australia which ended South Africa's run.
