International cricketing icon Courtney Walsh will be in Bermuda this weekend for festivities organised by the West Indian Association, here. The world record-holder for the most Test wickets will have a busy itinerary of engagements. Among his assignments is a clinic for Under-15 players which will take place between10 a.m. and noon tomorrow. Fans got the opportunity to meet and chat with the former Jamaican and West Indies captain during an autograph session yesterday. They can then see the 39-year-old legend in action at Wellington Oval today when a West Indies' Select XI opposes St George's Cricket Club as part of celebrations to mark the West Indian Association's 25th anniversary. The teams will compete for the Courtney Walsh Unity Shield in a 40-over game starting at noon. Walsh retired from 17 years of Test cricket last year after the West Indies' home series against South Africa. He concluded his illustrious career with 519 wickets and produced some of his greatest feats within recent times.
