The Somerset County Cricket Club 2003 Diary will once again be available in early December and will make the ideal Christmas present for any follower of the Cidermen. Membership secretary Jo Arnold is busy putting the finishing touches to the diary, and has spent much of today sifting through photographs and making selections for inclusion. This morning Jo was frantically trying to track down a photograph of Nixon McLean, which eventually she obtained thankfully from Hampshire CCC. However before the diary does go to the printer Jo has asked readers of the website to let her know if there are any additional items of information that they would like to see included in the 2003 edition. The 2003 format will be very similar to that used in 2001 and the current diary, but if anyone has got any additional ideas then Jo would be delighted to hear from them during the next few days. For the first time ever the club will be producing a Junior Sabres mug, that will feature a cartoon of Stumpy, the club's friendly Dragon mascot who became such a favourite during the 2002 season. The Stumpy mugs will also be available in time for Christmas and will make an ideal Christmas present for all Junior Sabres. © SOMERSET
