PCB includes performance payment clause in player contracts Pakistan Cricket Board - 28 October 2002
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has included Performance Based Emolument clause in the original players contract that was offered to the Zimbabwe-bound players Monday. The new 7.2 clause reads:
Performance Based Emolument Slight modification has also been made in the clause 8 that now reads:
Fitness/health Incentive: The case incentive clause for individual performance remains unaltered. For example, if a batsman scores a century in a lost match, he will get Rs.100,000 as cash incentive but will also be docked 20% as per Performance Based Emolument clause. Similarly, a player scoring a century in a win game will get Rs.100,000 as incentive and an additional 20% of the overall match fee including slab fee, tour and additional fee. The following is the break-up of individual performance incentive:
