Frizzell Women's County Championship, Day Four ECB Media Release - 30 July 2002
All matches in the Frizzell Women's County Championship were abandoned at midday following heavy rain in Cambridge. All teams have been awarded eleven points for a draw. Yorkshire face Berkshire in Division One tomorrow at Queen's College for the Championship decider. Staffordshire play Nottinghamshire and Surrey play Sussex. In Division Two, Kent will play Lancashire to decide who is promoted with Hertfordshire playing Middlesex and Somerset facing Derbyshire in a relegation battle. Division Three should see Hampshire secure their promotion as they play Cheshire, Essex take on Warwickshire and Durham face Wiltshire.
