A meeting of Scrutiny Committee (Women Cricket Associations) was held on 18th July 2002 at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore headed by Mr. Javed Zaman Khan, Chairman Scrutiny Committee (Women Cricket Associations) and Mr. Ahmed Shahzad Farooq Rana Advocate Member Scrutiny Committee (Women Cricket Associations).

The committee chalked out a plan to scrutinize the Women Cricket and decided to hold a meeting with the representatives of different cricket associations on 24th July 2002 and 29th July 2002 respectively at Lahore and Karachi. The committee reiterated that the task to regulate the Women Cricket in Pakistan and to determine a true body shall be completed in a transparent manner.
