Peter Such's Benefit Committee is delighted to announce that his benefit year in 2001 raised £210,000.
Peter Such commented: "I am delighted and grateful for all the support I received during my year, and would like to extend a particular thank you to my Benefit Committee who worked tirelessly during the year".
Peter left the Essex playing staff at the end of the 2001 season, but has recently been appointed as Director of the new Essex Cricket Academy based at Chelmsford.
