NUL action comes thick and fast Ralph Dellor - 8 August 2002
Most of the Norwich Union League action is concentrated on Sunday this week, but there are a couple of floodlit games during the week to which spectators can look forward – especially if they can get to Bristol or Chester-le-Street. That is where Gloucestershire Gladiators take on Northamptonshire Steelbacks on Tuesday while the Wednesday fixture sees Durham Dynamos meeting Glamorgan Dragons in a match that will be crucial to Welsh title hopes. Coming back to Sunday, those same Dragons are in action against Yorkshire Phoenix at home in Cardiff. The Durham Dynamos will be involved as well, travelling to Leicester to meet the Foxes. The one other Division One game on Sunday sees Kent Spitfires against the Somerset Sabres at Canterbury. There are two games in Division Two on Sunday, with Derbyshire Scorpions against Essex Eagles in Derby and Northamptonshire Steelbacks going to Lord's to meet Middlesex Crusaders. © CricInfo
