Appointments are due to be made of selectors to join the Women's Selection Sub Committee for a period of two years.

The role will involve attendance at matches and meetings, participation in selection decisions and responsibility for informing players of selection decisions.

Your own background will have involved participation at a minimum of women's senior cricket first division or equivalent level. You will need to have a good knowledge of current women cricketers, the domestic playing programme and a thorough knowledge and understanding of what attributes make talented cricketers.

As a person, you will need to be a positive and enthusiastic team member, with excellent communication skills, a confidential manner, sensitivity and with reasonable IT skills.
