PCB Disciplinary Committee after due deliberation on the protest lodged by Quetta Cricket Association on Sibi Cricket Association for including more than four guest players' against the PCB rules in the regional Final played at Karachi, has scratched both the teams as it was established that Sibi violated the rule and also it was established and confirmed by the Secretary of Quetta Cricket Association that they had also violated the rule, on inclusion of guest player's in the match between Sibi and Quetta played at PCB Academy Ground Karachi. The semi final has been awarded to the team securing third position in Pool 'c' which is Pishin, the semi final will be played in PCB Academy Ground Karachi from 6th to 8th November, 2001 between Dadu and Pishin. The recommendations of PCB Disciplinary Committed have been endorsed by Chairman PCB.
