Pakistan vs England: Instances of follow-on

England forced Pakistan to follow-on in the first test match of the current series at Lord's and went on to win convincingly by an innings and 9 runs. It was the tenth instance of either team following-on in an England-Pakistan test. In fact, England have forced Pakistan to follow-on seven times, including the recently concluded test at Lord's, and have won five of these matches. Pakistan, on the other hand, have recorded victory in only one of the three test matches in which they enforced England to follow-on. Incidentally, none of the above-mentioned events of following-on have occurred in Pakistan. The chronological details of these matches are:
