Former England batsman Jason Gallian continues his rehabilitation from a serious knee injury when he plays for Notts second XI tomorrow (Tuesday).
"It's reached the stage where I've decided to give it a go and see how my knee reacts," Gallian said. "It's not a case of me being fully fit and ready to go, it's more of a test to see how the injury holds up."
Gallian, who is captain of Nottinghamshire, has missed the entire season to date. Notts seconds play Lancashire seconds in Nottingham.
