The Cricketer International Ratings
The Cricketer International - 25 January 2001
England's stunning victory in Karachi has propelled them to fourth place in The Cricketer International Test Ratings, their highest rating since June 1997. They are now just behind Pakistan at the head of a pack forlornly chasing Australia and South Africa.
South Africa's dominant one-day form, which they have carried into their home series with Sri Lanka, has taken them 17 points clear at the top of the one-day ratings. Lower down, Zimbabwe move above West Indies after their series victory in New Zealand.
