PCB Chairman requests Pakistan President for another judicial inquiry into allegations of betting, gambling and match fixing.

Chairman PCB, Lt Gen Tauqir Zia has requested the Patron of PCB, Honourable President Islamic Republic of Pakistan to order a judicial inquiry into the allegations of betting, gambling and match fixing concerning the World Cup 1999 matches of Pakistan against India and Bangladesh.

Investigation into allegations of biased umpiring by Mr Javed Akhtar during South Africans tour of England will also form part of the said inquiry.
