Lord’s Cricket Ground The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the national governing body for cricket from playground to Test arena. In the past two years significant progress has been made in promoting the women’s game - half a million girls and women now play cricket in England and Wales and the game is becoming increasingly popular. A member of the senior executive team, you will have over-arching responsibility for the administration and development of cricket for women and girls whilst managing its integration into each area of ECB activity. As well as an understanding of cricket and experience of sport development and strategic planning, you will need excellent administrative, leadership and communication skills and the ability to make things happen. This is a challenging job that offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference to women’s cricket.
