The NatWest Trophy - Draw for Round 4 ECB Media Release - 25 June 1999 The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) today announced the draw for Round 4 of the NatWest Trophy to be played on Wednesday, July 7. Holland, who achieved their first victory against a First Class County in the last round by beating Durham, have been rewarded with another home tie - against Kent. The current holders, Lancashire, will play Hampshire at Southampton in a repeat of last year's semi-final clash.
