Darwen entertain St Anne's in a top-of-the-table clash tomorrow, bidding to restablish a handsome lead in the title race which they have seen whittled away by the rain.
Darwen will make one change with opening batsman Chris Lowe replacing Gary Jackson following his return from university.
Chorley will be hoping to revive their fading Northern League title challenge when they visit Preston tomorrow.
A win at South Meadow Lane would put them in good heart for their most important match of the season to date, Sunday's regional final of the National Knockout Cup against Morecambe at Woodhill Lane.
