LAHORE, Dec 31: The proposed itinerary for the Pakistan cricket team's tour of India will be received on Friday morning but it may be released after the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) approves it.

Talking to Dawn, the PCB Chief Executive and former Test captain Majid Khan said that he had a telephonic conversation with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officials on Thursday.

``The BCCI officials promised us to send the schedule of Pakistan team's tour containing all necessary details about venues and dates of the matches at the earliest. However, the PCB must have a close look at the logistics and planning of the tour before giving it final approval. That process can be completed within a few days'', said Majid Khan while replying to a question.

The PCB council is scheduled to meet at the Gaddafi Stadium on Jan 3 (Sunday) at 10 am. It may deliberate over the proposed itinerary and also name captain, manager and other officials of the team.
