India: Masters Series put off

Chandigarh, January 15 : The proposed World Masters Cricket Series,
scheduled to be held between India, Sri Lanka, and West Indies from
January 20 to February 3 at various venues of Punjab, besides New
Delhi, and Agra has been postponed owing to existing fog.
The tournament was planned to be held as part of celebrations of the
tercentenary of the birth of the Khalsa by the Punjab Cricket
Association. The fresh dates for the tournament will be announced
later, according to M P Pandove, secretary of the Punjab Cricket
Association.
